By creating an account or using EasyPG you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
The service
EasyPG is software for owners of PGs, hostels and co-living properties to manage rooms, tenants, rent, expenses and complaints. It is a record-keeping tool. It does not hold or move money: rent is paid between tenants and the owner, for example by UPI, and EasyPG only records it.
Your account
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your login.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You must be an adult to hold an account.
Your data
The property records belong to the owner. You confirm you may enter tenants' details, including any ID proofs, and that you will use them only to run your property lawfully. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle data and how to delete your account.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to break into it, or upload unlawful content.
- Do not use it to harass tenants or send unsolicited messages.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may improve or change features, and plans and pricing may change with notice. Keep your own copies of reports you rely on.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Owners remain responsible for the accuracy of their records and their obligations to tenants.
Ending use
You may stop using EasyPG and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
