Delete your account

For owner accounts and anyone whose details are held in EasyPG

Owner accounts

Email support@easypg.net from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my EasyPG account". We confirm it is you, then delete the account and your properties' records within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your login, name, email and mobile number.
• Properties, rooms, tenants (including any ID proofs), rent, payments, receipts, expenses, staff, leads, complaints, photos and uploaded documents.
• Push notification tokens and tenant links.

What may be kept

Backups are overwritten within 30 days. We may keep minimal records where the law requires it, such as a note that a deletion was requested.

Tenants

To have your details removed, ask your property owner, or email us at the address above and we will pass the request on and follow up.
